Exhibition of Gyula Dallos, Ministerial Commissioner, Master Trainer, Permanent Hungarian Champion

Gyula Dallos, born in Kámon (Szombathely), chose equestrian sport in 1962, competing in all three Olympic disciplines. The permanent Hungarian champion, in addition to numerous European and World Championship placements, has won eleven World Cup rounds, ridden six World Cup finals, been the individual adult Hungarian champion for 25 years and was the federal captain of the dressage discipline for nearly 20 years. With his horse Aktion, they competed continuously at the forefront of the world for 13 years. The master trainer was the Ministerial Commissioner responsible for the renewal and implementation of the Kincsem National Equestrian Program of the Ministry of Agriculture until May 23, 2022, and from September 1, 2022, the Ministerial Commissioner responsible for Hungarian military equestrian culture and equestrian sport of the Ministry of Defense.
Our exhibition, opening on April 24, 2025, pays tribute to this colorful, unique and successful life path, where we present the most important stages of Gyula Dallos' sports career, placing special emphasis on his achievements with his famous horse, Aktion.
